I was commissioned to design artwork for a teacher's art cabinet. The only specifications were the size and the theme, "ocean." I made this design in Clip Studio Paint over the course of 1-2 weeks. Once the design was approved, I created a grayscale version and printed it out onto many sheets of paper as a guideline.

From there, the incredibly skilled MushInky flawlessly translated my digital design onto the cabinet. She sanded down the surface, transferred the image via pencil and then she painted like a fiend! We're both incredibly happy with the way this turned out and are excited to do something like it again!
